victorian bustle?????

My dress is Aurelie by Maggie Sottero and the seamstress said she would do a Victorian Bustle.  Does anyone know what this is.  I had the choice of that which was her suggestion she thought for the dress, or the French Bustle.  Tell me all about this "Victorian Bustle" and what should I do.  Does my dress look like it will look good with that bustle?

So when the seamstress suggested this, and you didn't know what it was, you didn't think of . . . asking the seamstress?

I don't know what a victorian bustle is, but Google is probably your friend on this one.
