Honeymoon all booked!

We booked our plane tickets and rental car last night and since we already booked the two places we are staying at and the two excursions we wanted to do we are all set!  I just wish I was a little less busy so I could feel more excited about it :-(  I could use the R&R now, not in four months!  LOL

i second the need for R&R. I was imagining the vacation FI & I went on over the summer and wishing we were there all over again. I get reminded every day when I take a shower because I'm using the appropriately named Forever Sunshine B&BW shower gel i brought with me. It's funny how a smell can take you back... where are you going?

The Florida Keys...wanted somewhere beachy but without a long flight or where we would have to deal with passports or customs.  Spending a few days closer to Marathon Key and then weekend on Key West.  Where are you ladies headed, if you've decided?

That sounds awesome! Props for thinking about the passports issue. FI got one for our cruise to the Bahamas just in case, even though you don't "need" them.

Our cruise is booked, but I need to reserve a room in Charleston for the night! The wedding is Sat, we're driving there Sun, and the boat leaves Mon!

We just did this and I agree! With all the crazniess of wedding planning and the holidays plus work, I'm pretty desperate for some R&R! It'll be here before we know it

Oh that sounds awesome! We decided on Aruba. I'm just waiting for my Christmas Bonus from work and then I'm booking! I finally applied for my passport on Friday. I cannot waittttt

We're going to Costa Rica. We'll be near a volcano for the 1st three days, then going to the beach for the rest of the week. I'm so excited!!!

I've always wanted to go to the Keys. I'm sure we'll get there one day. 

Sort of unrelated, my son (he's 8) told me last night he wants to go to Aspen. And Mexico. He named this particular vacation Aspemexico. LOL Maybe we'll get there one day! hahahaha

Sounds like a great trip!  We're still narrowing down our choices and trying to find the best price.. I feel like we're slacking big time but I don't think we're too far behind!?

ginny, we're still narrowing down pricing too!!  Just found the travel operator we want to go with...getting a final quote and hopefully booking soon.

We're off to Tanzania for a safari and beach time on Zanzibar for 2 weeks.  We love travel, so we went all out.

I need a vacation.

I've been stretching myself so thin I got mono.  Awesome. :P.  We aren't taking our real honeymoon until next winter.  We just don't have the luxury of taking that much time off work, for the wedding and honeymoon.  We're going to go hole up in the San Juan Islands for a few days after the wedding, since it's only an hour away from where we live, and mucho romantic.  The real honeymoon will be a cruise.  Probably to the eastern Carribbean, although in my dreams we're going to the Greek Islands.
