Bridal accessories? Too much?

I purchased my wedding day accessories over the weekend and I LOVE THEM. My dress has NO sequins or beading or anything like that, nor does my veil. For accessories, I picked out a pearl and crystal comb hairpiece, pearl and crystal earrings (long drop to the shoulder) and a pearl bracelet. Does that sound balanced? or like too much?

Earrings down to the *shoulder*? That sounds like too much, regardless of what else you have going on. A standard chandelier earring is between 2- 3.5 inches.

The dress is stunning!

Without seeing them together, I think the jewelry is too much. Your dress is some and feminine, and I think the bling is too harsh. I think pearl and crystal jewelry will look better, by giving you some sparkly without being over the top. If nothing else, the earrings are definitely too much. How were you planning to wear your hair?

@ Kkelly, Thank you, its so nice to hear that. All of the little details are so stressful to me.

@SoHappy, Thanks for the compliment on my dress. The accessories in the photo are pearl and crystal, mostly pearl, they picked up a lot of light in the photo so it's hard to tell. My hair will be pulled back off my face, but half will be big curls down my back. I have long dark hair.

Any other thoughts? My mom loves it... but she loves everything I show her and I wont have a chance to show my BMs until this weekend.

Beautiful dress!! My dress is Lazaro and my bm's dresses are Jim Hjelm and I just love all of their stuff!
It's a little tough to buy jewelry without knowing exactly what it will look like with your dress, but I think you did a good job! (I did the same thing, and I won't know exactly how it will look together until my first fitting next month)

I'm a Lazaro bride, too! #3750. Love my dress. Which one is yours? Did you order it in January/February when they had the promo going where you'd get a sketch of your gown?
