Suit Alterations

I know it varies by region, but I was wondering what is a ballpark reasonable price for men's suit alterations? We mainly need the pants hemmed, and MAYBE the jacket taken in just a tad.

A hem can run $15-40.  Depending on where the jacket needs to be taken in, it could be $20.00for sleeves, or upwards of $100.00 for shoulders/back.

I have FI's receipt. It was $15 to shorten both sleeves, and $16 to 'raise back' but I have no idea what that was! His was handled at Men's Wearhouse, where he purchased his jacket.
