I need to know the timeline on all this to know if you're being reasonable or not. For instance, if you last e-mailed yesterday, it's too soon to expect a response. And going to the news seems rather extreme anyway. Call the BBB, sure, but the media?

ETA: My bridesmaids and I received excellent service with the three separate DB locations we used.

  • Corporate called and made you an appointment, and you still needed a manager to call and confirm it with you?
  • Im sorry you had a bad experience.

David's Bridal really varies by location/employees. I have had nothing but amazing service at the one nearby me.

What milkduds said - contact your local better business bureau. I know this sounds crazy - but do you have twitter? Try tweeting them. I was having a lot of issues with things getting discontinued on my bed, bath, and beyond registry. I tweeted them and they responded to my complaint immediately and got everything on my registry back in stock ASAP. Everyone can see those complaints on twitter - so they have more reason to respond to you right away. It worked for me. Give it a shot.
