Best shoe inserts?

I bought some shoes that are intentionally a little big so that I can put some shoe inserts in them, as they're a little taller than I normally would go with and I know I'll need something to cusion the ball of my feet.  The shoes are here (http://www.shoebuy.com/dyeables-angie/295718, going to dye them red), but I don't know what inserts are best!  What can you recommend???

I have flat feet so whenever i buy high heels i tend to buy the Dr. Scholls for her insoles. They fit in easy with any pair of shoes, and the center has a gel support which provides me with the arch i don't have!! Once i wear my high heels i don't take the off because they're so comfortable..
