Blue Nile - Wedding Rings?

Hi ladies - have any of you ordered yours or Fi's wedding band from blue nile?  There are some that I really like, but I am nervous about ordering without trying it on first.  Do you know if what the return policy is?  Thanks!

We didn't order from them, but when my FI was shopping for my ring, he talked to a lady who worked in one of the jewelry stores he checked out and she suggested that he also look online. Blue Nile was one of the sites she told him about, and said that they were excellent to deal with and got wonderful reviews. So to me, if a store is willing to send their business somewhere else, they must be pretty good. I've also read a lot of reviews on their site, and they were very positive. I can't remember off hand what their return policy is, but I think it was pretty good. I'm sure you could find it on the site. To ease your mind, you could always check with the Better Business Bureau.

Blue Nile is very reputable.  I used to sell engagement and wedding rings exclusively, and they were my BIGGEST competitor.  I think the return policy is 30 days for a full refund or exchange, although if you have the band engraved, they won't take it back.

I've only heard good things, although I've never ordered from them.

I've read that if you request their free ring sizer, they send you a coupon along with it. Just a friendly tip.

DH ordered a loose diamond from them and had my ring made, and I ordered his ring from them.  We're extremely happy with our purchases

My FI purchased my engagement ring from Blue Nile and it is gorgeous and absolutely perfect...I mean literally, the diamond is almost completely perfect. We went and had me sized and looked at diamonds at a big chain jewelry store beforehand. The most imperfect diamond that Blue Nile carries is the top end of what most chain stores carry, and the prices are much, much better. Also, a third-party appraisal is included with the purchase as well as overnight shipping. We're definitely going to be purchasing our wedding bands from them.

My beautiful new engagement ring is from Blue nile, and we will be ordering our bands from them as well.  COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!!     If they have stuff you like, go for it.  My Fiance is the most careful and deliberate shopper I know, and he would never have ordered from them without checking them out exhaustively.  I think you will be happier.  My ring is higher quality and better than anything we could have purchased locally

Thanks ladies!  There is a wedding band I like, and I just requested the finger-sizer, so maybe I'll get a bit of a discount.  From what I've seen, the rings look beautiful and the prices are fantastic.

We got my center diamond there to be set in a ring from a local jeweler.  He saved a LOT!!!!  (And it is a gorgeous stone.)  We found the qualities we wanted in a diamond first at a store, then ordered the equivalent online.
