Dessy Shoes

Has anyone bought flats from Dessy? Are they comfortable? Was the company easy to work with? I'm wanting ballet flats for my January wedding, but definitely want something comfortable-- Dessy has a TON of colors to choose from, but I've heard mixed reviews on how easy they are to work with on exchanges/returns. Anyone have any experience with this?

I tried to order them. According to the website they were out of several sizes/colors, but not the one I had wanted. I went ahead and ordered and got an email like a week or so later saying that they didn't have it but they could get it in a different color. I said okay but the sizes according to the site were different between the colors so I would need a different size. Of course they didn't send the new size I had requested. Didn't fit. Returned them and didn't bother trying to get new ones.

I personally wouldn't bother, but they are cute. Maybe you'll have better luck.

I was going to order shoes from Dessy, but for several of their flats, the ordering info says "Please order one size up from your regular size." Since I take a size 12, I couldn't go up a size. So just be aware of this.    I doubt that you take a 12, but check to see whether the style you're interested in has this note about sizing.

I wore their ballet flats for my wedding.  I had zero problems with either ordering or sizing.  They weren't the most comfortable, but only because the bottoms were so flat.  That's a problem with most flat shoes, anyway.  An insert would've made them lovely!
