cute bridal flats

I am looking for cute white shoes for my wedding.  I need them to be flat as I am about 3 inches taller than my fiance.  I would like them to either be peep toe or sandals.  My sister is pretty crafty and will add embellishments to plain shoes.  Even so, I can't seem to find cute white flat shoes! Any suggestions would be great.

I like Payless ballet flats, and since they are cheap, you could embellish them with nice shoe clips or whatever:)  I also think TOMS are super cute (and for a good cause)-even though they are more expensive, they have a "bridal" section:)
