Blushing Bride

Is anyone else wearing a blusher? I come from a very traditional Italian Catholic family and my dad has always dreamed of me walking down the aisle wearing a blusher. I sort of like the idea and think it looks really pretty when I've seen it in photos. My question is when does it get lifted? Does your dad(or whoever is walking you down the aisle) lift it when you get to the end o the aisle, or does your husband lift it during the "you may now kiss the bride"?

I wore one (it was a must!).  I loved the look on my wedding day! As for the lifting, it's your choice.  I had my father do it so I could actually see around me during the ceremony.  Some are more traditional and like the new husband to do it.

I didn't wear a blusher but I always liked it when the Dad's lift the veil.  Another thought, you might want your Dad to lift it so your face will be visible in ceremony photos. Just my opinion
