First post here! I am getting married in August in a vineyard and told my guests to dress Smart Casual. My fiance and I figured we could go with a somewhat non-traditional dress. She really loved 3-4 Tadashi Shoji dresses and then as a back-up a more traditional one from David's Bridal. We ordered the dress below and showed pictures to friends, who like it, and to my mother, who does not! She says it doesn't look like a wedding dress, it is too sophisticated and is like a club dress, and will not compliment her body. I personally think it is elegant, good for the setting, and will look great with a birdcage veil. Thoughts? Thanks!
