Wedding dress under garment help!

Hi Ladies-

I am wearing a fit-to-flare wedding dress that is very fitted and I'm wondering if any of you have a similar dress and have already bought undergarments for it!?? I have no idea what the best thing to wear underneath is.  I would like something tight to give me the support from my upper waist down past my hips, but since the dress is tight, you can see lines very easily so I'm a little concerned that I won't find anything to wear.

Any advice?!

spanx. get the higher power shorts (the top ends right at your bra line, and the bottom ends at mid-thigh). I have a pair of these and am wearing mine under my fit and flare dress. where it ends at mid-thigh is very thin, so there isn't a line there.

or you can get high waisted footless pantyhose. basically the same as above, but it goes to your mid-calf instead of mid-thigh. however, this may show during the garter toss if you're doing one, so it may not be an option.

thanks for the advice!  Have you tried the spanx on underneath the dress yet? I have a pair, but my only concern about wearing them is the line down the very middle...I'm afraid that that will show through the dress.  Although I think I might try the pantyhose, those are usually pretty good about sucking it all in.

Sorry to cut in on your post but I am wearing a strapless corset back gown. I am a 36DD and was wondering if I should go braless or try to find a bra to go underneath? Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

I'm not sure why I got caught up in just a bustier or strapless bra and got tunnel vision.
