Veils and Hairstyle

Did or will all of you have your veils for your hair trials?

I am totally behind on this and haven't even ordered my veil.  I'm going this weekend to do so but my hair dresser was shocked that I won't have it for the trial on Saturday.  YIKES!

Any suggestions on what to do since I won't have it?

I had mine, but I don't think my stylist would have been too concerned if I didn't. There aren't THAT many ways to wear a veil... in most cases, it's just a matter of deciding whether to wear it under or over your hairdo. The stylist would just insert it after she's done styling your hair. (Unless you have some really complex do that requires the veil to be woven in somehow??) You can figure that out on the day of your wedding.

You could bring whatever fastener the veil will have (probably a comb) so that the stylist can figure out where she could stick it in. Also bring along a couple of pictures of styles with veils and veil placement that you like.

It's probably nice to see what it will look like with it but I don't think it should be a big deal if you don't have it. The hairdresser should be able to figure out where it would go and everything without it actually being there.
