I have a dress in my head but, can't find it

I am planning our 15 year vow renewal. It will be August 24, 2013. Our first wedding we went to the justice of the peace. This time I am going big and non traditional. 
Now to the dress I am looking for.
When I think of the dress I think of a "Tango" style dress. The dress is strapless, A line or fitted with a flare,  floor length with a slit on the side pass the knee.
I know for the color (teal blue) I will have to get this custom designed if I can't find it in a prom or bridesmaid dress. However, for now if I can just find the style in a white or ivory so I can see it would be great.

The second one is very close to the right color and I love the ruffles at the bottom. The first one is very close to the style of the Maggie Sarotto that I like. Thank you for the recommendation.
