I am wearing a blusher veil of sorts, and was wondering, when or who usually lifts the veil?  Is it the dad when he gives me away? Or does FH do it when we kiss?

Either way works. If I do decide to use the blusher, I'll have it lifted when I get to the end of the aisle. I prefer to have a clear view of FI as we're saying our vows.

I decided to have my dad lift my blusher (just incase I started tearing up I could wipe my eyes easier).

I've always heard your father does it when he's brought you up to the alter, so that's my plan.

I think that both would work, but I've seen the dad do it more often. Plus, you would get clearer pics of your face as you and your FI as you say your vows.
