corset back dresses

I have a corset back dress for my October wedding and I'm not sure what to wear, if anything, underneath of the top of the dress.  It can be pulled tight, so it holds everything up, but I'm still not sure. What does everyone else think about it?  Is anyone else wearing anything additional underneath?  Thanks!

    My gown was a corset back. I had bra cups sewn in and that's all I wore. I didn't want to be pulling or tugging at a longline bra or even making sure a strapless was staying hiden under the bodice. I was worried about staying put because I am a D cup, but after I was laced in, nothing moved! Lots of PIB.

    I am having bra cups sewn in, and that's all.
