My girls tried theirs on in the store before ordering.  They like them though.  It says items ordered online can be returned by mail but they do not refund the shipping costs unless the item was damaged. I like that a lot. I remember nordstrom.com selling a very similar dress designed by Bari Jay, but it's not on the website anymore.

I bought my RD dress from Davids online, I had no issues with it, they were easy to work with and it was shipped within a week.

I ordered my flower girl dress from their website and it is perfect.  It's exactly the same as the one in the store that costs twice as much.

I had a god-awful experience with davids bridal and would never go there again.  I know people that had good experiences though... but they tend to be better at cookie-cutter styles and so-so service than the unique styles and personal service I found in a botique near my home.  Good luck though!
