So after seeing the post on dyeing your crinoline, , I need your opinion.  Please see Attire under my bio. I am altering my dress to tea length.Do you recommend showing crinoline/ not showing crinoline (2")?Do you like the idea of dyeing the crinoline?What color do you like best- Blue like my shoes or Light Pink?Thanks Ladies!!!

i really love your dress and i love it at tea length i think the crinoline wouldn't look bad showing, but i would keep it blue like your shoes, not throw in pink too. but i really like the idea. GL

I think the crinoline below the dress would look great, but I would shorten the dress a little more. If you want a tea length dress, 2 inches below the tea lenghth dress will make the dress ankle length. Just a thought.

I like it tea length, coloring the crinoline blue would be adorable. I just went dress shopping over the weekend at PoB Tysons Corner, and one of my choices is similar to yours, from the PoB line (style 4313).Good luck!

Sorry, I love that dress just the way it is.   But   if you insist on shortening it, I would definately go with a blue crinoline or leave it white which might be pretty.

Shortening it? Yes definitely show your crinoline! It fits your cute 1950's theme. How about doing a peak-a-boo show, but intentional (only 1")?

I would definitely do blue for the crinoline and not pink. That would be too many colors and too baby showerish.

Thanks for all of the advice. I am going to wait to see how the crinoline looks peeking out without the color before I make the plunge. I mentioned it to my fiance and he thinks it might look too much like a costume since I have a tea length dress. He prefers it for the longer dresses. I'll be making the final call though! I agree that pink and blue is way baby shower now that I think of it!
