Dear Fellow Brides (especially those in Long Island using David's Bridal).Please don't use their alterations department in the Old Westbury location. They are AWFUL! They ruined my dress and had to exchange it for a new one of an entirely different design. They are rude, inconsiderate and definitely not sympathetic to us brides who are basically held hostage by their seamstresses. Buy your dress there—fine—but take it somewhere else to get it altered. It will be much less painful.
