Had my shower today!

My BM's and my mom totally surprised me today by throwing me a bridal shower! It was such an amazing day! I could not believe it!

FI was all in on it too! He took me for a "romantic weekend".  We stayed at this nice hotel and went out and about and did shopping and things, and the plan was we were supposed to meet my parents for lunch today, and when we got there our families and freidns were there for a big surprise! It was so exciting!

FI and I have been going nuts as we are moving into our new place inCT next weekend and I am in the process of hunting for teaching jobs for next year.  It was so nice with all of this going on to have such a special and amazing day!

I will post pics soon.  One of my BM took some and is going to get them to me. :)

    What a great surprise!! What area of CT are you moving to? I just got a job last week and am moving to the New Haven area Easter weekend.

    We are moving Easter weekend too! We will be more central.  FI works in Hartford and we got an apartment on the Manchester/Glastonbury line. Congrats on your new job!

    Sounds like a great surprise, how nice that your FI was in on it!

    I have a TON of family in the Hartford area, it's where my mother grew up :)  Good luck on your move, I hope it goes well and that you can find a teaching job quickly!
