I had cups sewn into my dress, which was a great decision, and I wore spanx to cut back on leg sweating (Sexy. I know.) That was kind of a mistake. They made it very difficult to use the restroom (Even sexier!)

I wore strapless bra and PINK undies. It's all about comfort and with a dress that big, you need cotton panties for breathing.

No bra -- corset back is enough.  I may get cups sewn in, but haven't decided on that yet.  I figure I'll just wear comfortable panties.  Not sure on what to wear for my legs, though... I always wear some kind of lightweight legging-shorts under skirts to keep my skin from chafing, so I'm sure I'll need something.  Spanx I've found impossible to get on and off, though, so I'm not sure I'll go that route for the previously mentioned issue with a big dress and using the restroom.  Pantyhose might work, I suppose.
