I am from Texas and had been looking for a certain style gown by a specific designer but no one near me carried it. I was in the Chicago area for work and found Volle's from the designers website. I called to see if they had the style, and even though the didn't they jumped through hoops to get the dress in from the designer while I was still in the area. The designer wasn't able to ship it in time as it was out on a trunk show, but I appreciated their help so much I just stopped by to try on some dresses...and I ended up finding a dress! The dress was very similar to the dress style I was searching for and I still couldn't shake the idea of the dress in my mind so to let me know for sure, they were willing to ship the other dress to me to trial before making a final decision. I have been to a several boutiques to try on dresses and this was by far the best place I have been. I love it when people just try to help people and the staff at Volle's bridal (Katy and Flo) and the owner Deanna went above and beyond for me.
