Veil Options for Super Long Train

So I have a very long train on my dress - does that mean that I have to get a very long veil?

Re: Veil Options for Super Long Train

  • I have a long train. I thought it was cathdral length, but now that I think about it, it is slightly shorter. I have a 3 layered veil I will be wearing. A blusher, a fingertip and one that goes the lenght of my train. The last long one is detachable so after the ceremony and pics, I can take the longest one off and have just the blusher and fingertip length. Your dress salon should be able to make a detachable veil even if it didnt come that way.

I have a long train and I'm wearing a fingertip veil. It's one layer, not poofy at all, and I'll be wearing it sort of more on the back of my head.

The "official" pics of my dress show it with a super long veil but I thought it looked a bit busy that way. And this is coming from a person who is probably going a bit overboard with the accessories so you KNOW it was too much, haha.
