I think gold or silver would work. Of course ivory. Some brides are now choosing to wear bright colored shoes, either their favorite color, the color of the BM dresses, etc. If your dress hem hits the floor you can really have fun with it.

Ditto PP.  There's not really a set "rule" anymore to what color you need to wear.  I would suggest to not wear WHITE shoes with your ivory dress, but beyond that, the sky's the limit.

Mine are ivory, but I was going to wear a bright color shoe before I dyed my crinny.  Silver and gold also work great.
