Engagment Photos

I am having engagement photos taken this Sunday and I was wondering if I am supposed to tip the photographer?

Note: The person taking the pictures is someone that works in my company and I only know him in passing and just from the conversation we had about pictures.

We aren't becuase it's included in our package for our wedding photographer, (the e-pics are included too).  We're having e-Pics done on Monday.....hope the weather is good!
