Castleton has beautiful grounds on a pond.  3 locations for the ceremony if you choose to have it there. You can rent a 1/4 hall from them for that many people.  They have minimums but for the amount of people you have I think you would meet them.  They were by far the best priced I found.

Some others that I know of that work with small guest lists are:
Granite Rose, Executive Court, Mile Away Restaurant, Fratello's, Puritan Back Room, Black Swan Country Club and I'll keep thinking for you.

Also, a friend of mine had a reception without music at a restaurant.  It was nice.  It was more like a large dinner with a time to mingle and talk.

Like the previous post mentioned, restaurants can be amazing venues for smaller weddings, especially if they have a function room for you to use.  Good luck!

The Common Man restaurant is really good - it's a local chain, and is located in several cities around NH.

If you're looking for something really basic, the Stephen Clay Bed and Breakfast is great for smaller parties, though I believe they can only accommodate indoor parties up to about 35 people.  No particular caterer is required, and you can set things up just the way you like.

Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry is available for rent for a decent price, and you bring your own food, so you could just bring in light refreshments to keep costs down.

The Governors Inn in Rochester, NH! Great grounds, with gazebo plus they have a tented patio that is HUGE. I saw it set up for a small wedding, and it looked amazing. They have been great to work with, and very flexible with event pricing. I recommend them very highly!

The other girls have posted some great venues! I especially want to highlight The Common Man. They did a fantastic job with my sister's wedding! What time are you planning on having your wedding? You might be able to cut your food costs based on the time of day as well.

    Hello,
I second the Common Man.  Attended a wedding there with about 50 guests.  It was more of a cocktail gathering and dancing but had all the traditional stuff as well.  I Have no idea what it cost them but i had so much fun.

    Hope This helps!
