Necklace with halter gown?

Ok- so normally I would never wear a necklace with ANYTHING halter because it sort of closes off the neck area.. but everyone is asking me if I'm going to be wearing a necklace.. "because its my wedding".

Has anyone worn a necklace with a halter bridal gown?  What are your opinions?

I actually tried that dress on! Definitely no necklace, but some earrings would look great. Don't want take take away from such a dress.

skip the necklace.  you dont want too much going on in the same spot.

I'm the odd one out, but personally i LOVE how V neck halters look with a necklace.  That being said, the one you choose should just be a little glimmer, and nothing too gaudy

A simple drop necklace or Y necklace would be perfect.  Just a simple chain and sparkle

It probably kind of depends on what the halter looks like, beading in the dress, how you're wearing your hair.. what the necklace would look like.. lots of things!

If you think a necklace would look good, wear one! If I had a halter dress, I probably wouldn't wear one, just because it might be a little much around the neck. But some statement earrings would be fab!

Thanks! my dress is davids bridal galina signature SV9563.. i will wear my hair down with waves.. i might experiment with a few... maybe I need to go full bling status lol!
