Invitation Question

How many extra invites are you getting? I figure you need extra's in case there are addressing mishaps, or there is a last minute add to the list...

Do you think 10 extra is enough?

i was thinking about 10 extras myself...if i DIY them (still to be decided...) then I might get more...but I think 10 is a safe bet!  curious, where are you getting yours from?

I agree- at least 10. I had a recent unfortunate experience of not ordering enough due to stamping mishaps. If I had just said yes to those 10 extra I wouldn't have to re-order them now.

I'm getting mine at weddingpaperdivas.com and I heart them.

I would definately say 10 invites, but if you can get more of just the envelopes I would do it.  I had some issues with my envelopes and I DIY all my stuff

I ordered my supplies early, they were having a sale. I ordered enough supplies to make 75 but I believe I only need to make 60 Invitations.

I have enough supplies for 125, but we only need 85 or so. A girl I work with bought hers and now needs almost 20 more.  I would go with 15-20 extras, JIC.

    Thanks girls!!

Shauni - I haven't decide quite yet, I'm going a semi custom route and am either going with Alaun by Design or a local vendor in Dover, NH.

I thought about DIYing them but after doing a mock up, I realized doing 120 (and extra) would be way too much work for me! And apparently I suck at using a paper cutter haha

I think that 10-20 is good, but I agree with Emily that if you can just get envelopes that would be best.

Im looking into that now and id say round up.. i only have about 125 guests and only need about 75 but honestly for like 20$ more at this point, think im going with 100 JIC :) Never know... All depends on prices and what nots, but id say 10-15 extras to be safe!!
