We just had a peacock themed wedding. I'm not selling any of them (we gave a lot of our centerpieces and decor away) I can tell you where I ordered them. This is a cruelty free website. The feathers were great quality and we got them really fast. These were the best prices I could find.

I had a peacock feather hair piece, I ordered it off a seller from Etsy. I think it was $25. I didn't want to try making it myself.

Try a pet store.  I know it sounds weird but my friend buys peacock feathers as a cat toy and they are always in stock at our local pet store.
