Diamond Castle - Asian lady (Seemed like a Manager). Not helpful at all. I was looking for a sash. I was given no help while searching for a sash. They said they had no sashes. I found a few. I think they were just being lazy. It was a bit over my price rage. The woman would not lower the price at all. The mark ups on bridal merchandise is crazy are you gonna tell me you can't offer a few bucks off so i can feel like i'm getting a deal and you can get a client. Ugh!
Exquisite Bride in Millburn- I went there a few months ago there was no sash selection everything was ugly. I went recently... The Vera Wangs where pretty. They got rid of the really ugly cheap looking sashes which is good. They have these other new sashes a unheard of brand. These sashes look nice from the window but when you get up close they show themselves to be poorly made very unprofessional! Exquisite bride is in the same location as the infamous Calvary Bridal House. We all know Calvary use to make knock offs. It seems this place maybe cooking something in the backroom but instead of throwing a fake label they are putting a no name brand on it and saying something fancy like "this is our exclusive label". Why do they think the bride is stupid?? If your gonna sell ur Aunts sewing jobs, why are you pricing at the same price as well known designers. It's insulting! BTW the woman with big curly hair was a complete snob to me more than once!
Kleinfeld Bridal- dress came a little dirty.
Priscilla of Boston- not enough staff to cater to all on the weekend. felt ignored. Had a better expereince during the week.
Hollywood Bridal - only one room for brides. So you end up waiting along time on the weekends to try things on. I found that prices for BM dresses are 20 to 30 bucks more than other places. That's probably how they are able to not charge extra for alterations.
