It's a beautiful shoe and silver IS a neutral color. But I personally would wear a turquoise dress with a black or tan shoe. But if you like silver go ahead! It's your call.

I like them together a lot. I personally would not choose black with the dress--I feel like it would be a bit heavy for a relatively light color.
