Strongly advise against this store. They screwed up my bridesmaids dress orders. Insisted my sister get a dress so big it can't be altered properly and lost my other bridesmaids dress. If that wasn't enough, there seamstress quit bc of how bad they were and they never got my dress back from her. And now they refuse to reimburse my costs. Horrible customer service and nasty to boot. I'm 3 weeks away from getting married. Don't need this stress.

Sorry this happened to you but I had a great experience with them.

Ditto HobokenBride.  I had a great experience there, the two times I went.  Ordered my dress, veil, and sash, just waiting for the veil and dress to come in so that I can pick everything up.  They also told me that their seamstress is a dressmaker so altering is not a problem.  

Sorry you had a horrible experience.
