dyeing shoes

About how long does it take for a shoe store to dye shoes (bridesmaids shoes)?  I know prices are different depending on where you live, but how much did you/your bridesmaids pay to have their shoes dyed to match their dresses?

Davids Bridal.... if your girls are in different places it's so convienient... Dying is 3 dollars and they dye in store, so if it has to be rushed it can. but normally give them a month and you are good to go. They only dye their own shoes though.
