What are you working on?

I know there are is a wide variety of wedding dates on this board so we are all at different stages in our planning! I am almost at the two month mark now so I am curious what is everyone currently working?

My big things for the rest of January are:
-Send Invites
-Make Aisle Runner
-Finalize Ceremony selections with Minister for when we meet in Feb.
-Programs
-Assemble Song List for DJ
-Go for First Fitting

Right now, the beast I'm tackling is printing the invites.  I know it's early, but I have to assemble them in March so I can just mail them when I'm ready.  We are also coninuting to research honeymoon stuff.  Other than that, not too much else is going on right now!

Since I'm still at the beginning, it's not much

- put deposit down on photograher
- start looking for DJ's
- start working w/ FMIL for my dress
- maybe start putting a few DIY things together
- meet with our pastor
- start interviewing florists

I'm working on:
- booking a florist/figuring out flowers
- finding and purchasing gifts for my bridesmaids
- getting all of my bridesmaids to pick a dress (1 down, 3 to go)
- finding and booking hotel rooms for night before and night after our wedding
- picking out wedding invitations
- keeping my sanity

I'm 3 months out.. currently working on:

-mailing the invitations (on Saturday!!)
-designing the program
-meeting with our Deacon to confirm the Ceremony order and details
-choose ceremony music with musicians
-start to develop play & do not play list for reception
-order centerpieces
-meeting with baker to finalize design and flavors for cake (Feb 9)
-choose menu with reception venue (Feb 15)
-first dress fitting (Feb 23)
-once the RSVP's come back, start to make place cards and seating chart

I am 8 months out and this week I am working on
-Save the dates
-room blocks for guests at hotels
-contacting travel agents for honeymoon info
-working with my uncle who is performing the wedding to come up with a ceremony that suits us.
-thinking about registering...still seems to soon though.

I'm working on:

-Stalking mailbox for first RSVP's!

-Planing programs

- Last FOCCUS meeting on Monday then setting up a meeting with our priest

-Place cards and then seating chart

-Candy buffet candy, and finding a few more containers to fill in with

-working out!  

-2nd fitting on Feb 8th

I have to call the church tomorrow to change our rehearsal time to 3:34-4ish as FMIL booked the RD for 5. This will work out much better so that we can head to the hotel bar to spend time welcoming our OOT guests after the RD!

We are booking our flight/hotel to Venice this month, and we are looking into transportation.

We are very much in the early stages

In the next few weeks we are working on:

-Booking with the reception venue (we are still debating whether or not to have the cermony and receptin at the same site).

-Booking the DJ.

-Start trying on dresses.

-Meeting with a baker on Feb. 3rd.  This is the last vendor we have to book. 
-Working on mini envelopes for guest book and place cards.  Yes I know it's early, but I feel like I am running out of things to work on already!
