Old Fashioned, Vintage-y Dress...Help me find one!

Hi,

Do any of you ladies know the best place to look for vintage-inspired wedding dresses? I'm a bit of an old soul and know matter how many bridal magazines I look at I seem to keep being pulled in the older fashions of the 60s and 70s...

What time frame are you looking from? 1920's and 30's?

I know the Sottero & Midgley line is the couture, vintage line as opposed to the Maggie Sottero line. My dress was as S&M and it was actually a 1920's inspired gown.

I very nearly purchased a gown from http://www.unique-vintage.com. They have a good return policy, but sizes do run quite small, so check the measurements.  If you wanted to make a trip, their boutique is in Burbank.  I ended up getting my gown at David's, but there were several there that I really liked.

You might ask this in the retro and vintage board. Which is over in the wedding theme section. I think they could help you and you would get more feedback.
