Custom Dressmaking Recs?

Help!  Sister is in love with a dress but designer closed their doors last year, now she's freaking out.  Anybody have a custom dressmaking recommendation?  One person is local here but reviews are questionable.

    I agree. Post it on your local board.

    If you can find someone to make you a custom dress, go for it, but otherwise, I would suggest another store or a designer gown. I am sure she will be able to find something similar.
