Personal Experience with Ra-Mu and the Crew or Peak Entertainment in New England

Hey Ladies,

My fiance and I are getting married up at Mt Washington Hotel in Hew Hampshire next year and we're looking at DJs.  Peak Entertainment is one of the "preferred vendors" from the hotel, and I asked if people can pay to be on the list and they said no, these are folks they've worked with and think brides and grooms would be happy with.  I've seen good reviews on them but the drawback that most people state about them is that you typically don't get to meet your specific DJ until the day of the event.  No one seemed to be unhappy with who they got, but mentioned it as a source of stress.

Ra-Mu and the Crew has gotten rave reviews (and there are more reviews than for Peak) and I've talked to him on the phone and he seems like he would be a good fit but I'm not sure how to move forward in choosing between the two.  Have any of you dealt with either or both of them?  I'm at a disadvantage because I can't meet them in person, as I live in California and I'm planning a wedding in New Hampshire!  Thanks!

We are using Peak ofr our wedding in 15 days. So far they have been great to work with, very professional and thorough and no silly group dances or props! I'm not too worried about who we get because the owner met with us and asked a lot of questions and said he had a couple DJs that  he thought would be great for us.
