Has anyone ever used these hair twists?

I think they would be pretty scattered in an updo, but my hair is kind of fine and I want to make sure they stay put.  Thanks!

my sister used them for prom once. she has really fine hair (just a lot of it) and they stayed in. the key is to make your hair thicker and stickier--add hairspray to your hair, rough it up a bit, and they should stay in. if necessary, you can add a bobby pin (just hide it in your hair) to give a little extra hold.
