meredith reception

hello, does anyone know of any cheap locations in or around meredith for a reception. ideally a place where i can rent just the room and maybe tables & chairs so i can do the rest myself? thank you

    Check around for American Legion, VFW, Elks Halls and the like.  They're usually not glamorous, but their inexpensive.

    a nice idea thank you, however from the american legions i've seen they aren't too big. i would need to fit about 100-150. are the VFW or elks halls bigger? i've never been to either of those.

    I just booked the Waukewan Golf Course in Center Harbor - seems like you can do a lot on your own.  Just Bar needs to go through them.
