Dress Decision

I need help choosing the perfect dress for the big day. I've narrowed it down to two used gowns I found for sale online.

Option one: Pronovias Oceano with a bargain basement price of $850. It's beautiful. I love the intricate beading. Definitely has that timeless Hollywood glamour feel to it. 

Option two: Claire Pettibone Kristene for a quite out of my budget $2,000. It's perfect. I love the lace. Definitely has a modest romantic vibe.

It's so hard to choose between the two. I love the layering and the train in both of them. Both suit my theme PERFECTLY. If the world was a perfect place and money was no object, I would wear #2 to the wedding and #1 to the reception. HELP ME.

I really actually love the Pronovias much better than the Claire Pettibone. I think it would give you so much more shape and has a "WOW" factor to it. 

I'd love to see pictures of both on you. That is the only way to be sure.

actually i will choose the first one, it is gorgeous and stunning, but the price is a little high, may be you can have a look at woweddingdress website, there are also a lot of wedding dress in that style, good luck to you!

If dress #2 is out of your budget, you really shouldn't be considering it.  You're going to make yourself feel really bad to get your heart stuck on a dress that you can't afford.  Dress one is beautiful!  Have you tried it on?

I love the first gown! It's unique, beautiful and has a gorgeous shape. Plus the price is fantastic.

The second one doesn't "wow" me. It's a tad shapeless.

Based on my personal taste, the first one. But I have no idea what they look like on you, sounds like you might not either since you found them online. Can you find somewhere local that carries these designers and try them on? When I saw my dress on the hanger I didn't think it would flatter me at all, but I ended up loving it when I tried it on. You never know.

No, I havent had a chance to try either of them on. I found them used online. I LOVE Maribeths suggestion to go to a store that carries the dresses and try them on. It is now my mission to do so. Thanks ladies!

I cheated. I drove two hours to the closest bridal salon that sold the dress I found preowned online. I feel bad for wasting their time, but if it would have turned out to be the wrong size or look horrible, I would have bought from them.
