Does this look cheap?

I saw this bracelet at Forever 21 today.  Does it look as cheap as it is?  I am trying to not spend too much money on accessories (I got my earrings for $25!)

I think it looks very pretty and I bet it sparkles like crazy! 
Since it came from Forever 21 I'm sure it is cheap, but it doesn't look it, at least from the photo.

I don't think it looks cheap either. I might have to get that bracelet for myself since I really like it too!

Nope you're fine.  Most wedding jewelry is pretty cheap anyways.  You want it to sparkle from across the room and look nice in pictures.  There are very few people that will lookg at it close enough to know whether it looks cheap or not anyways.  My necklace, earrings, and bracelet were from David's and I think I paid about $40 total for all 3.

I don't think in photos it will read as cheap. I have this really cool necklace that I got there for $8 that doesn't look cheap. I think my friend has that bracelet, just make sure the stones don't fall out.

i have that bracelet and no it doesnt look cheap! i wore on a cruise because i got a dress (from another store) that had those same stores around my neck (like a halter kinda) and it went perfect. ive worn it other occassions also!

Nope!

My wedding bracelet was similar but only one row of rhinestones and it was from Icing.  I had 2 different older women compliment me on it at the wedding.  If only they knew, lol.
