Hey ladies,
I have had a hell of a time finding plus-size "foundation garments" for the wedding day. I tried going to Rubenesque but could NOT get a hold of anyone for the life of me! So my mom and I drove down there since the business hours were from noon to 9pm...no one was there! We had left messages and never got our calls returned...awful!
There is light, however. I wish I would have known about this place before getting my dress at David's Bridal. It's called The Glass Slipper. The owner is super nice, and the dresses and other attire are very elegant and beautiful. It's a welcoming environment, and I highly recommend going there if you are a size 16+ and need a wedding dress or "foundation garments".
