Anyone ordered suits from Indochino?

Is anyone doing suits from Indochino for your guys? What has been your experience? We're considering it, but I'm starting to think of all the things that could complicate things (fit issues, sending things back, etc.) If anyone has any insight, I'd love to hear it!

I actually took advantage of their 2011 Black Friday sale to pick up my wedding suit (Essential Grey 3-pc.) and another I've needed (Charcoal Grey).

I was attracted to Indochino because 1) they allow me to customize my suit exactly the way I want it, and 2) I often have to drop $50-$100 to have an off the rack suit tailored anyway, so even at full price, an Indochino suit is more cost effective. With the Black Friday discount, it was too good to pass up. I love their range of options and customizations. The fabric is a notch above even a nice department store's offerings, moving well and draping nicely.

That being said, reviews of Indochino fall into either "love" or "hate."

If there's a problem with online made-to-measure clothiers (not to be mistaken for true bespoke tailors), it is that they have to make some assumptions about the shape and proportions of your body. Sure, they ask for many measurements, and it works perfectly for many guys. But not all of them...this one included. Despite my careful measuring, the proportions on my jacket are off, as if they think I'm longer in the torso and chest than I actually am. I'm currently working with them to fix this- putting their 100% satisfaction guarantee to the test, as it were. *Fingers crossed* If we can work this out to a satisfying result, they've made a customer for life.
