Purple Ideas

Hey everyone!

 

My wedding isn’t for about a year and a half, but I’m trying to start getting some ideas for stuff. Our colors are going to be a bright/deep purple (not lavender, not dark-dark purple) and black. I’ve been skimming the internet for ideas, but I wanted to ask if anyone had anything they had seen. Any ideas on types of flowers to look at, favors for the bridal party, decorations for the ceremony and reception, invitations, places to find crafts and such, etc. would be much appreciated! :-)

I'm going with a purple, black, white and grey colour scheme and the dark purple calla lillies are to die for! I can't wait to get my bouquet...very chic and unique.

My wedding colors are dark purple and black.  Our flowers are dark purple mini calalilies, cream and dark purple anemones, purple rununchulus.  We're using some berries instead of regular greens. 

We are using these invites called "Luxurious Swirls" on VistaPrint, in an off white with black type, our initials in dark purple.  I first designed black invites but it dawned on me you couldn't write on the RSVPs if they were black! 

For centerpieces we bought assorted dark purple and clear votives and vases from lunabazaar.com and a ton of candles.
