My final fitting is this Friday and if it turns out well, it will be my pick up date as well (that's what my seamstress told me). From the time I ordered the dress until the time i received it, I lost about 15 pounds. During the second fitting, the dress was perfect (after it had been taken in of course) except that the bust needed to be taken in an additional inch or so. Since the second fitting, I lost about 6 pounds and my body weight has been stable. I am now afraid that the dress will be a little big when I go for the final fitting. It is a mermaid style. I'm just wondering if it is normal for the dress to be taken in (again) after the final fitting if it were a little big. My wedding is not until 5/29 but I'm doing the final fitting early because I am travelling overseas mid May. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :-)
