There was a video clip on a TV show about end of year bridal gown sales, and how during October/November/December, the current years inventory often goes on sale to make room for the incoming year's inventory. Because of this, I have been waiting to go dress shopping in hopes to save some $$ with my already tight budget.
However, with that time creeping up on us, I have started wondering a couple things.. do you all think that these sales would be in regards to "off the rack" dresses only?? Maybe trunk sales? Or might it be like David's Bridal's sales where just a handful of rack dresses go on sale. I am a plus size gal, and these types of things don't typically work for me, I am probably going to need to order my dress, so if this is the case, I might as well just start shopping now!
What do you all think? Does anyone have experience with this? Is there truly a "best time" of year to buy wedding gowns?
