XP: Any off beat/non tradtional wedding dress photos?

Hi ladies, I bought a gorgeous and very offbeat evening gown for my wedding dress. I adore it but the more I see girls in their white traditional dresses, I'm second guessing myself and wondering if I will miss that "moment".

Could I see any of photos of your off beat/non traditional dresses?

Mine is slightly non-traditional but still white ... I love adding color to the wedding dresses though!

Miracle, that dress is gorgeous!  And I'm totally jealous because I could never pull it off.

There was a long ago Knottie who got married on the beach and wore a very non traditional dress, more of a beach dress than an evening gown.  I'll see if I can dredge up some pictures from somewhere.  She looked amazing and you will too!

Thanks for all the kindess ladies. I am just worried as much as I love my dress...Will I look back at photos and not think bride? I haven't tried the dress on with the veil yet and done like the whole look. Maybe that will help lock it in for me?

@Lucy that black and white dress is pretty intense! Might be kinda interesting without the lace though...

@artbyallie....I actually joined offbeatbride.com but I found my wedding isn't quite offbeat enough to really fit in there. We are kind of somewhere in the middle between very tradtional and very crazy :-)

What makes you a bride is the fact that you are getting MARRIED to your awesome groom! I don't think you'll look back and not feel like a bride. I absolutely love love love your dress. I would even get it hemmed into a short dress after the wedding and maybe wear it only on our anniversary or something so it stays "special." I love your idea of having a theme of breaking tradition, and I'm sure tons of your guests will think that's pretty cool too. People will probably talk about it off and on for years.
