The dress is by Casablanca, style 1854. 

But it is from the spring 2007 collection so it may be difficult to find new, so if you are really in love you may want to check out the pre-owned wedding dress sites.

Are you set on a halter neckline?  Allure has some gorgeous v-neck lace dresses that aren't halter but do have straps.
