Bridal Shower dress

hello! I am having such a difficult time finding a white dress to wear to my bridal shower! Does anyone know any any stores that carry formal, short white dresses? The belk in my town has done away with formal dresses, and Dillards didnt have anything either. Neither did JC Penny or Macys. 

I tried Davids bridal and found one I love, but its way to expensive for a dress i am going to wear one time. I would like to find one under $60.

If anyone could help, thanks!

I already bought my shoes, so if anyone could find a dress that would go well with these shoes let me know, please!!

I guess I don't get why you even want to buy a dress you'll only wear once for your shower. You can wear white dresses other times besides when you're a bride. I have three all-white dresses in my closet right now, in fact. If you don't want to wear a white dress for any other reason, I'd suggest picking one in one of your wedding colors so you can wear it again.

Am I the only bride planning on wearing black to my bridal shower? Black background at least, with a cherry blossom pattern. I thought it was really pretty, I'll wear it again, and I hadn't really thought I *needed* to wear white to every pre-wedding event as well as the day.

You definitely do not have to wear white.  You can wear any color you like.

I got mine at modcloth.com. Its a creamy off white lace with bright orangey coral underneath. Who says you have to wear white? Wear what you like.
