You may already know this or tried it, but did you click on the picture at Pinterest? It's usually linked to the website it's from. Of course, that doesn't always help if it's from some random blog that doesn't give any info, but thought I'd ask in case you were new to Pinterest.

Julie- it was one of those random blogs that the photo was linked to.
kd.joseph- You were correct, it is a Wanda Borges dress. Unfortunately, I don't think she sells her dresses in the US : (
